SCIS is seeking to solve the problem of designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions using the C programming language by hiring a highly skilled and motivated C Developer.
Requirements
- Application programming languages and build principlease using C, C++ or Java
- GitLab, Git
- Scripting using Bash, Python, etc.
- Containerization concepts using Docker or Podman
- Kubernetes
- Ability to develop Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm
- ELK/EFK, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Fluentd
Responsibilities
- designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions using the C programming language
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance systems
- troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- contribute to the overall development lifecycle
- develop software in a Linux and Windows environment
- develop microservices
- containerization concepts using Docker or Podman
Other
- A current/valid Security+ certification (or equivalent DOD 8570 IAT II Level Certification) or ability to obtain the certification within 30 days of hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree with at least two years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- TS/SCI or TS with ability to obtain SCI
- This position requires work on site in Melbourne, Florida
- Ability to obtain Security clearance
