Jack Henry is looking to combat financial crimes by providing top-notch engineering support for their suite of fraud/AML products, requiring software engineers to research and diagnose customer technical issues and deliver code for resolutions, while also contributing to operational process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in C-Sharp or Java software development
- Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or SQL Server Integration Services or other similar cloud technologies.
- Experience with GitHub / Azure DevOps.
- Experience with network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Completing product research, bug verification, and bug resolution
- Performing system analysis and programming activities which may require researching and timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production
- Automating and streamlining operational workflows
- Collaborating with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Considering how code changes will affect end users and support personnel
- Adhering to documented departmental and corporate standards

- This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; or Birmingham, AL.
