Requirements
- Proficient in coding in ReactJS/Nodejs and related technologies
- Hands on experience of HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Hands on experience of testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs by developing applications in mature technology environments.
- Work with the latest cloud-enabled technologies to provide solutions for the firm's content management platform.
- Documenting detailed application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules and automated testing.
- Ensure compliance with IT Control Policies throughout the design, development, and testing phases, incorporating Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring all solutions align with predefined architectural specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues, and provide feedback for final user documentation.
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems
Other
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS)
- Familiarity in using LLM tools
- Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
