Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Generative AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or specialization in another ML field.
  • 2 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Experience in Python and any other languages (e.g., C++, Kotlin, Java.) and developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment, fine tune, and deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. This may include test code generation, debugging assistance, and other productivity-enhancing tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including model architectures, algorithms, and implementation details.
  • Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers, to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate effectively to define and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions that address these tests and improve overall developer productivity.
  • Present findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
