We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience in Mobile App Development (Android or iOS).
  • 2 years of experience developing natively on the iOS application platform (Swift, Objective-C).
  • 1 year of experience building video features, playback, experiences etc.
  • 2 years of experience with Web Development or Front-End development.
  • 2 years of experience in Android platform or application development.

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
  • design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to start in Mountain View by October 2025.
