Requirements
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 2 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
- 2 years of experience with API design and development for large-scale distributed systems
- 2 years of experience with software development in Java and C++
- Experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging
- Experience developing accessible technologies
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
- 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Ability to work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects
- Leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems across the full-stack
