JPMorgan Chase is looking for a Software Engineer III to design and deliver reliable, market-leading technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable within the Commercial and Investment Bank.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages: Python, Java
- Experienced in Unit testing, Version Control, SDLC
- Expereince with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Experience coding in Spark
- Cloud experience: AWS
Responsibilities
- Work with large datasets using Enterprise Data Science tools and practices
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data engineering activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
