Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred)
- Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop
- We use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding - we understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system
- Process improvement - develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Project management - coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Work with a modern tech stack - we use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.
