Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, knowledge of various test activities including automation testing, regression testing, UI/ API testing
- Experience driving test design and implementation
- Ability to write high-quality and stable automated test cases using existing frameworks
- Understanding of test cases, test data, test runs, and test results management
- Coding language – JavaScript/Java
- UI Automation - Selenium/Appium
- Mobile Automation - Appium or any other tool for Android/iOS
- CI/CD - Jenkins/Github Actions
Responsibilities
- Scope and Complexity: create and execute test cases for complex feature enhancements to validate user stories
- QA Fundamentals: make decisions about test coverage for new features and determine when to sign off on a feature or release
- Execution: utilize blackbox test methodology to execute test cases, document bugs, and engage with available tools for validating acceptance criteria
- Operations: provide documentation of new features and requirements from a testing perspective, take ownership of regression testing and release testing coordination
- Influence: influence team's processes and testing methodologies through discussions with peers and management
- Communication: effectively communicate with developers, product managers, stakeholders, and adjacent teams
