Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations to support the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines that enable seamless integration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) into their platform. This role requires strong Azure experience and a passion for building scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on data integration and ETL pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, and Data & Gen AI teams to customize integrations and support reporting solutions.
- Research and recommend integration strategies, including ESB options and scalable architecture patterns.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for platform and e-commerce ETL needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and technical standards.
