Piper Companies is seeking a Software Engineer - Integrations for a leading organization focused on data-driven HR and e-commerce solutions in Raleigh, NC. The role aims to address the need for robust ETL pipeline development, Azure cloud services expertise, and seamless data integration to support client-specific requirements and future growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience with a focus on data integration and ETL pipelines
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for HRIS and ATS integrations using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to customize pipelines for client-specific requirements
- Partner with Data & Gen AI teams to develop reporting solutions for integration metrics
- Design scalable processes and pipelines to support future growth
- Research and recommend integration strategies and technologies aligned with long-term goals
- Act as a subject matter expert for platform and e-commerce ETL and integration needs
- Refine requirements, contribute to backlog development, and document integration workflows
Other
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to customize pipelines for client-specific requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, and Analytics
- Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid schedule in Raliegh, NC
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
