Piper Companies is seeking to support the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines that enable seamless integration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) into their platform.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Experience with ETL pipelines
- Experience with data integration
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with API Integration
- Experience with Cloud Engineering
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, and Data & Gen AI teams to customize integrations and support reporting solutions.
- Research and recommend integration strategies, including ESB options and scalable architecture patterns.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for platform and e-commerce ETL needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and technical standards.

- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days onsite in Durham, NC
