Nowadays is looking to simplify the process of bringing people together by leveraging cutting-edge AI to automate the complexities of event planning, and is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to contribute to this mission.
Requirements
- Experience building projects with technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, or Python (class or personal projects are great!).
- Foundational knowledge of SQL databases.
- Interest in or experience with AI/ML models.
- Previous internship or project experience in a startup environment.
- A good eye for UI/UX design.
Responsibilities
- Build our core technical foundations, including our frontend architecture and backend APIs.
- Optimize for performance and reliability across the full stack, from databases to the frontend.
- Contribute to our core AI engine, helping develop our automation models.
- Improve engineering tooling and developer experience to increase team velocity.
- Enable Product Engineers by building the robust components and APIs they need.
