Tokyo Electron US Holdings is looking for an Applications Programmer/Analyst to assist in defining, developing, and maintaining new software applications to meet business requirements, improve business applications and processes, and leverage data for insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages and technologies including Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Gather and write requirements for application or process enhancements.
- Collaborate with analysts, programmers, system architects and database administrators in conceptualization and development of new software programs and applications.
- Liaise with network administrators, business analysts, and other IT specialists to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
- Write software programs and develop applications according to specifications.
- Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.
- Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
