Zams is an AI command center for B2B sales teams that connects to existing tools and automates workflows. The company is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to help build and test the systems powering their platform, directly impacting customer automation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of backend programming fundamentals (APIs, data structures, algorithms, concurrency).
- Experience with LLMs
- Experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Python/Django, Node.js/Express)
- Interest in testing frameworks and best practices for ensuring reliability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with external tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Apollo).
- Contribute to database modeling, query optimization, and data pipelines.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across services and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product team to deliver full-stack features.
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (e.g., Vercel, AWS).
- Explore and use AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, coding copilots) to accelerate workflows.
