This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance digital systems, document business processes, and contribute to technology-driven strategic projects.
Requirements
- Coursework or exposure to business, accounting, finance, or economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with application or software systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Analysts in documenting existing business processes and system workflows.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, data definitions, and process maps.
- Research emerging technologies and tools relevant to ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain and update application information to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and reports for business cases, executive reviews, and quarterly updates.
- Contribute to special projects tied to strategic initiatives, which may involve digital channels, loan systems, CRM platforms, or mobile and online banking applications.

- Current undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Field of study in Information Technology or IT Program Management.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
