7-Eleven is looking for interns to help solve the company's business problems by applying academic principles to real-world challenges within the company's technology stack, including cloud services.
Requirements
- Experience in C++, Java, JavaScript or Python
- Proficiency in a programming language, familiarity with cloud services(AWS or Azure)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Code high-volume software using C++, Java, JavaScript or Python.
- Implement web interfaces/mobile applications using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Swift, Java or Kotlin
- Build RESTful API's and Microservices.
- Receptive to learning the team's technology stack including cloud, participate in design/code reviews, apply academic principles to solving the company's business problems
Other
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
