Realtor.com is looking to solve the problem of helping more Americans find their way home by building the No. 1 open real estate marketplace, and they need a Software Engineer Intern to contribute to this mission.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge and/or coursework experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks, specifically React (even if through personal projects or coursework).
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node/Deno/Bun.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Understanding of API techniques such as REST and GraphQL.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers and designers to translate visual concepts and wireframes into functional web components.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user interfaces using React.js.
- Participate in backend development using Node.js (Next.js).
- Work with infrastructure via AWS, CircleCI, and k8s.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
- Collaborate on version control using Git and GitHub.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Grad date of December 2026 and June 2027)
