Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Excellent object-oriented or functional analysis and design skills.
- Strong knowledge and prior experience with the full software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, designing, building, testing and maintenance).
- Experience in relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch.
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, testing, and maintaining large-scale data-intensive applications and data products.
- Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, investment bankers and senior management across the Firm.
- Leverage cloud technologies and open source tools.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Implement and manage microservices.
- Utilize containerization technologies.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
