TEL is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to gain practical software engineering experience and contribute to the team's overall success by performing various software development tasks.
Requirements
- Experience working with coding in at least one programming language, such as Python, C++, Matlab, etc.
- SQL experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based, or internet-related computer programs
- Write code, complete programming tasks, and conduct testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies
- Produce documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance purposes
- Collaborate with users to define system requirements and identify necessary modifications
Other
- Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship
- Strong communication skills, including collaboration and presentation abilities
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills
- Highly developed analytical and organizational abilities
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
