The TikTok Customer Service Platform (CSP) aims to solve the business problem of enhancing user retention, improving user experience and satisfaction, providing valuable data and insights for product optimization, strengthening brand image and reputation, and supporting business operations and marketing activities by offering efficient support services and collecting user feedback.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in computer science, proficient in at least one front-end framework (React/Vue), with an understanding of the design philosophy behind the framework.
- Understand front-end engineering concepts, capable of designing robust system modules and components, with a strong sense of code structure and standardization
- Familiarity with Node.js, knowledge of frameworks such as Express/Koa, and prior experience in server-side application development is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for front-end development of the TikTok customer service platform, including but not limited to page interactions, data visualization, and customer service systems.
- Understand business requirements, capable of tackling technical challenges, and possess certain technical planning and architectural design capabilities;
- Explore and optimize the development models and process standards of the team to help improve development efficiency and code quality.
Other
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2026.
- Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of actively working with product and design teams to better understand and meet user requirements;
