Requirements
- Knowledge of software development technologies (NodeJS, Angular, .NET, MongoDB, SQL)
- Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel)
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and troubleshooting of multiple applications in support of Wellmark's systems
- In collaboration with application operations, assist and work with Technology and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and provide production support to research and find root cause for systems errors
- Develop business knowledge of the application necessary to effectively provide support maintenance
Other
- Current junior or senior student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Accuracy and high attention to detail and self-starter.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Prior work experience in an office environment or internship (Preferred)
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from headquarters in Des Moines
