Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) is looking to solve business problems by engaging software engineering interns in a 10-week specialized program. This program aims to provide broad exposure to IT systems and software development across multiple technology disciplines, emphasizing scalable architecture, system integration, and application performance. The interns will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support business operations, enhance existing systems, and build new applications, ensuring software quality, maintainability, and performance are prioritized.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
- Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10-weeks)
- Looking to gain hands-on experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to support business operations across various departments.
- Identify and define system security requirements.
- Gather and define technical requirements for new software features and system enhancements.
- Configure, test, and debug software components and integrations, resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
- Monitor application performance and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Document technical findings, development outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
