Fiserv is looking to hire a Senior iOS Engineer to build secure, high-performance mobile experiences for the Clover Go platform, which enables small and medium-sized businesses to accept payments anywhere. The role involves developing and optimizing mobile applications that power real-world commerce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience
- Proficiency in Swift and UIKit and/or SwiftUI
- Strong grasp of mobile architectural patterns such as MVC or MVVM
- Experience maintaining and scaling production iOS applications
- Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs, BLE, and local data persistence
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools such as XCTest or XCUITest
- Point-of-sale systems
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core features for the Clover Go iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI
- Build and optimize complex offline-first workflows and Bluetooth (BLE) connectivity for external hardware
- Maintain and evolve payment processing features with an emphasis on performance and security
- Participate in code reviews, testing strategy, and architectural discussions
- Stay current with Apple development practices and propose improvements to our tooling and process
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide technical development
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to define and ship new functionality
