Velera is looking for an expert .Net full-stack software engineer to design, develop, test, maintain, and support secure, scalable, and robust C-Sharp applications, leading and collaborating on enterprise solutions to help clients keep pace with rapid change and fuel growth in the new era of financial services.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency of computer engineering fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to modify existing code and write highly advanced scripts according to standards and best practices.
- Expert-level .Net full-stack engineer with knowledge in two or more modern programming languages.
- Expert in React.js development
- Prior experience coding in an Azure cloud environment is required
- Prior experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is highly preferred
- Thorough understanding of databases, including creation of basic to highly advanced database SQL statements.
Responsibilities
- Develop basic to highly advanced C-Sharp code and designs to maintain new and existing technology systems following company standards.
- Accountable to develop and deliver technical documentation.
- Undergo peer code and design reviews to ensure stable and high-quality production-ready code.
- Build and maintain applications that meet or exceed industry regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with established SDLC frameworks, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, release management, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with all the audit and security requirements of the company.
- Review code for complex maintainability, coding standards and security issues.

- Exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions.
- Effectively collaborate with Architects to develop and review intended solutions.
