Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. Software Test Engineer to join their team to ensure software quality through comprehensive testing and automation.
Requirements
- Automating test activities and processes using automated test tools
- Evaluating web-based GUIs and API endpoints against defined requirements
- Creating standard test artifacts, including test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports
- Consolidating and analyzing findings to prepare comprehensive test reports
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting system defects
- Experience with software development methodologies
- Familiar with using Confluence and Jira
Responsibilities

Other
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Twelve (12) years of SWE Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
- An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
- manage the test team, assign takings, setting priorities, and monitoring progress while providing guidance and support.
