The Agile- Consolidated Hospital Support department is looking to solve the problem of efficient issue tracking, workflow optimization, and team collaboration across the organization using the Jira project management platform.
Requirements
- strong technical expertise in Jira
- experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence
- automation or scripting experience
- hands-on experience setting up and managing Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and user access
- experience troubleshooting Jira issues and performing routine system updates and maintenance
- ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support project and operational needs
- Atlassian Jira or related certifications preferred but not required

Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Preferred)
- OR Experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- strong communication skills with the ability to provide training and support to end users
