Requirements
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Proficiency in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud platforms
- Experience with SOQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML, and CSS
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools, including MuleSoft, Conga, and DocuSign
- Experience with Web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, ANT Migration Tool, and Data Loader
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications and solutions on Salesforce.com using Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning Web Components
- Configure and model Salesforce applications based on detailed business requirements
- Build and enhance Service Cloud capabilities, including account management, case handling, email-to-case, and omni-channel routing
- Develop B2B Commerce Cloud functionalities such as product setup, order processing, and cart management
- Lead the technical configuration of standard and custom objects, experience cloud portals, and API integrations
- Implement secure document management solutions using DocuSign and Conga platforms
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems via MuleSoft
