The company is looking to solve the problem of transitioning from legacy software to cloud-based architecture, software, and agile engineering approaches.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience working with containerized and/or cloud platforms and implementing DevSecOps practices
- 2 or more years of experience deploying and maintaining VMWare Tanzu clusters
- Experience with containerization and microservices
- Experience of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (IAC) principles
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- Ability to recommend, configure, and maintain DevSecOps pipeline tools and environments, including OpenShift
- Cloud architecture experience, with the ability to evolve legacy software into a microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Creation and sustainment of Kubernetes clusters
- Installation, Configuration, testing, and sustainment of DevSecOps tools
- Integration and automation of the DevSecOps tools to enable CI/CD
- Implementing automation in cluster and tool creation
- Implementing process and procedures for utilizing the DevSecOps Pipeline
- Maintenance of the DevSecOps pipeline to ensure availability to the software developers
- Rapid resolution of DevSecOps pipeline issues
Other
- 3+ years general work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and over 5 years DevSecOps work experience
- IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) is required
- Active Secret Security clearance required - Top Secret is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
