Netflix is building an in-house world-class ad tech ecosystem to offer members more choices in consuming content through a new ad-supported tier, and the Ads Measurement Engineering team needs to build systems that enable advertisers to quantify campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience building conversion ingestion & attribution systems such as pixels and conversion APIs in a privacy-safe way while navigating signal loss from third-party cookie limitations.
  • Experience with building out 1st party ads measurement solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes.
  • Familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing.
  • Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented).
  • Contributed to an ads industry technology standard (e.g VAST, OpenRTB) or worked on an industry consortium effort, working group etc.
  • Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of its unique constraints.
