Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build scalable backend services and APIs for autonomous AI agent systems
- Integrate and deploy AI models and machine learning frameworks in production
- Design agent orchestration systems that coordinate multiple specialized agents
- Write high-quality code with comprehensive testing, code reviews, and system optimization
- Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to deploy and optimize agent capabilities
- Work closely with product and design teams to build intuitive user experiences for complex AI
- Build reusable libraries and frameworks to enhance team productivity

- Async-First Communication: Thoughtful documentation (Slack, Notion, Loom), with focused in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week in our Denver office
