Requirements
- 2 years of experience programming in Java or Kotlin.
- 2 years of experience with mobile application development or Android framework development.
- Experience developing operating systems and system software.
- Experience building large-scale Android applications with user interactions.
- Experience working on Android Internals or Operating Systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of Android System UI features by collaborating with Android Framework teams such as Window Management, Display, Input, System UI to build integrated experiences.
- Integrate Google products and services to enhance the OS experience.
- Analyze and incorporate dogfood feedback to refine OS features.
- Deliver perfect visual smoothness, high responsiveness and optimal memory/CPU/battery usage.
- Write resilient code that future users of Android productivity devices can rely on.
