Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relational databases and comfortable querying various sql syntaxes.
- Experience with platform agnostic integrations(APIs, Flat Files, Data Streams Etc.)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their data landscape and integration needs.
- Guide customers through the process of getting their data into our system, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Identify common customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Sharpen your sword in between active launches by building features and internal tools that enhance the launch experience.
Other
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience working directly with customers or in a customer-facing role.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems like ERPs and MRPs.
- This role will require occasional customer site visits and ability to travel.
