PNC is looking for a Software Engineer Lead to oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements, and to provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.

Requirements

• Actively hands-on with Java 8+, Spring Boot with other Spring Frameworks, MongoDB and Microservice application developments.
• Expertise in core Java, asynchronous and reactive programming.
• Writing disciplined well-typed, efficient, testable and maintainable code that gives other programmers take complete control over the development process.
• Knowledge in Docker and OpenShift
• Knowledge in build tools such as Gradle or Maven.
• Knowledge in enterprise CI/CD
• Knowledge in Agile Practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
