PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to deliver the best experience for customers by designing and developing software solutions within the Asset Management line of business
Requirements
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI testing
- Experience with Postman for API testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated test frameworks
- Experience with software design and development
- Knowledge of modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities
- Experience with technical guidance and support to colleagues
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver for UI testing across web applications
- Drive API testing initiatives using Postman, including automation of test suites and integration with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, test strategies, and release criteria for enterprise-grade software
- Monitor test coverage, performance, and reliability metrics to ensure high-quality releases and rapid feedback loops
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs
- Facilitates complex problem resolution

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
