Parsons is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Software Engineer to manage a diverse team of software professionals, including a Software Architect, multiple types of software development engineers (UI/UX, Multi-Tier, Cloud, DevOps, Data Feed). Requirements
- Minimum ten years of experience in software development and team management, with a strong background in agile methodologies and Scrum Master experience
- Experience with large cloud capability deployments is essential
- Atlassian, Jira, Confluence experience
- AWS certifications
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements documentation to deployment, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
- Interact regularly with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Maintaining JIRA boards to provide daily updates on progress
- facilitating agile ceremonies
- ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software development and DevOps.
