Applied Cyber Concepts requires foundational research, development, and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities from the emerging applied cyber concepts research. CyberCore is seeking a Software Engineer, Level 1 to address this.

Responsibilities
- create hardware and software component design specifications
- utilize appropriate industry-standard development methodologies and tools to implement those specifications
- In addition to functionality features, the following shall be included in the designs: interfaces, security, performance, controls, databases, AI/ML, and user experience
- test and document results in accordance with the Government-approved test plan
Other
- Seven (7) years of experience as an SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
