Requirements
- Experience developing software in Java or .NET
- Experience with Angular
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or other Agile tools
- Experience using Agile principles, processes, and tools
- Experience refactoring and enhancing software
- Experience creating unit test cases
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (such as Gherkin or Robot Framework)
- Experience with cloud computing
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Git or other repository tools
- Experience with JavaScript or Angular
- Experience as a Scrum Master or management of software engineers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience developing software in Perl and/or Python
Responsibilities

Other
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and SCI access prior to start date
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions

- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science with 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree for Level 3
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science with 8+ years of software development experience; 6+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree for Level 4
