Realtor.com is looking to enhance its machine learning systems by improving the performance, maintainability, and reliability of its core infrastructure and Paved Path development process. The goal is to process terabytes of data daily and transform it into actionable insights for millions of users, making the process of buying, selling, and renting homes easier and more rewarding.
Requirements
- Working experience with relational databases (SQL) and large scale distributed systems.
- Ability to design and implement cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
- Experience building custom integrations between cloud-based systems using APIs
- Experience with MLOps Frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow etc.,
- Experience developing with containers and Kubernetes in cloud computing environments
- Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration
- Exposure to machine learning methodology and best practices
Responsibilities
- Design the data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support our machine learning systems at scale and in near-real time
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of our machine learning systems
- Build CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow or similar tools
- Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, testing, etc.
- Support model development, with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security
- Effectively partner with product and other engineering teams
Other
- MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related fields or a BS in related fields with 2+ years of experience.
