Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader in the Software Development organization to both influence and facilitate the completion of development goals for all releases.
- Provide leadership and execute the efficient, predictable, well-communicated movement of software through environments from development to production.
- Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies
- Involvement in all phases of software development, from requirements definition to production releases.
- Balance the need to minimize risk to release schedule, cost, and benefit with the need to accommodate changing customer needs.
- Design, code, configure, unit test, and deploy applications that meet technical and business specifications
- Ensure technical debt is kept low by maintaining a clean, quality code base

- Serve as a leader in the Software Development organization to both influence and facilitate the completion of development goals for all releases.
- Lead, motivate, and engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence
- Gain a deep working knowledge of all products, systems, and business drivers.
- Participate in off-hour production releases.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers by engaging them in Agile development projects
