Requirements
- 8 years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume, technical systems
- 2 years of software Engineering Management experience in backend facing team
- Proven success leading, managing and hiring a team of talented engineers
- Proven success providing project management artifacts in an agile environment
- Strong ability to coach engineers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers (including managing remote engineers)
Responsibilities
- Grow our omnichannel services to allow our sellers to grow their business in-store with their point of sale and online through our supported sales channels.
- Allow internal teams to easily access catalog data and maintain the latest and greatest product information
- Create interfaces and services so that teams can manage product lines, interact with orders, and integrant with other systems
Other
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer science, information technology or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with engineers and non-engineers alike
