Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 10 years of experience with software engineering.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
- Ability to set technical goals and strategy for systems.
Responsibilities
- Guide the team in building scalable, reliable, and high-quality software, empowering technical leads and ensuring best practices.
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers, set clear expectations, provide regular performance feedback, and mentor engineers to support their growth while fostering a collaborative, high-performing and healthy team culture.
- Collaborate to define and evolve the product roadmap.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and work with product management on designing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with leads within the CI/CD team and the larger Cloud organization.
- You not only optimize your own code but make sure Engineers are able to optimize theirs.
- As a Software Engineering Manager you manage your project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop your team.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
