Google is looking to build the next generation of Supply Demand Management systems for YouTube content review, aiming to make human review operations more efficient by leveraging ML/Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to assist human agents or automate parts of the review handling process.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • Experience with using generative AI solutions in products and knowledge of ML model development.

Responsibilities

  • build the next generation of the Supply Demand Management systems for YouTube content review, involving distributed systems, API design, C++, databases, data-analysis, monitoring/alerting and front end with components and design systems.
  • innovate, prototype, design and implement solutions to make human review operations more efficient by leveraging ML/Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to assist human agents, or automate parts of the review handling process.
  • gather requirements to define architecture and collaborate with developers across the team on design and work with stakeholders to provide status, release features, and make design decisions throughout the development.
  • Design, guide and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and write product or system development code to solve problems.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
