Nike is looking to lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers to build out tooling for Enterprise facing Consumer Product & Innovation applications
Requirements
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting modern software architectural principles and patterns (REST, domain-driven design, microservices, etc)
- Experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and related tools
- Experience with AWS platform including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, s3
- Experience with implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning and related data solutions
- Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and computer-science fundamentals
- Knowledge and/or Experience of open-source technologies and impact of make/buy decisions in the area of data movement, enrichment, workflow, orchestration, and content management
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of engineers building out tooling for Enterprise facing Consumer Product & Innovation applications
- Helping coordinate with other teams and providing guidance and coaching for the team
- Building a collaborative culture on the team and empowering the team to solve problems quickly
- Implementing and supporting modern software architectural principles and patterns (REST, domain-driven design, microservices, etc)
- Working with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and related tools
- Implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning and related data solutions
- Articulating and having experience with integration patterns, data movement and enrichment capabilities
Other
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in technology & software engineering roles
- Experience leading teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Proven communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
