Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the user interface platform for Red Hat’s Hybrid Cloud Console
- Lead a talented team of UI engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and implementation of reusable UI components, shared design foundations, and tools that adhere to modern web standards
- Drive technical excellence, prioritize deliverables, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth
- Exploring emerging AI technologies to enhance workflows and develop innovative solutions that align with Red Hat’s strategic goals
- Lead and manage an inclusive, high-performance team of UI engineers responsible for the console.redhat.com UI platform
- Design and implement flexible, scalable solutions aligned with Red Hat’s strategic objectives, including close collaboration with the PatternFly team
- Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies, integrating relevant capabilities into workflows and tooling
Other
- 3+ years of experience managing a globally distributed software engineering team
- 6+ years of experience in software development and engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building effective working relationships
- Proven ability to create a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment
