Booz Allen is looking for a back-end developer to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for their clients by using the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in developing software with Python
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications
- Experience using Linux operating system and Bash scripting
- Knowledge of AWS core services such as EC2, S3, or Lambda
- Knowledge of AWS networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups
- Experience with Java, C, C++, or Go
- Experience with build automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or DevSecOps
Responsibilities

- work with and learn from the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability.

- Ability to work in an Agile team-based environment using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II or Level III Certification within 60 days of hire date
- Experience with software or systems architecture
- Knowledge of IAM roles, policies, users, and groups
