Booz Allen is looking for a back-end developer to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for their clients by using the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to help deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software with Python
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications
  • Knowledge of AWS core services, such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
  • Knowledge of AWS networking concepts, such as VPCs, subnets, and security groups
  • Experience with Java, C/C++, or Go
  • Experience with build automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or DevSecOps
  • Experience interacting with AWS APIs programmatically, such as Boto3

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in an Agile, team-based environment using collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain DoD IAT Level II or Level III certification within 60 days of hire date
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
