Supio is looking to scale the validation of their AI systems by hiring Machine Learning Engineers who will lead a team of applied scientists and build measurement frameworks and experimental approaches to ensure AI systems deliver reliable results.
Requirements
- Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and LLM architectures
- Experience with developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and other advanced ML models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and ML infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to scale model development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy ML systems that power core product features—from prototype to production.
- Work across the stack to integrate models into scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and performance evaluation to drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for our ML development lifecycle.
- Own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, agile environment—wearing multiple hats when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with research and emerging techniques to inform our ML roadmap.
