- Proven ability to take product requirements and transform them into actionable technical plans and high-quality code
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience in building scalable and performant systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with platform and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with molecular biology or chemistry concepts
