Requirements
- Up to 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience* (impressive personal projects are considered alongside professional tenure).
- Strong focus on TypeScript/React* for building rich, interactive web applications.
- Proficiency in Python* for backend development.
- Familiarity with our core tech stack is highly beneficial: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Python (FastAPI), Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes*.
- Experience utilizing leading AI model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic API*) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship core product features* including rich editors, interactive dashboards, and real-time "Autopilot" user experiences where agents plan and execute with sub-100ms interactions.
- Design and build integrations* that ground AI agents in the customer’s operational tools (e.g., Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Linear, etc.) across hundreds of potential endpoints.
- Develop the learning flywheel* that converts expert user feedback into demonstrably smarter and more capable agents over time.
- Work across the full stack* to build systems that allow agents to analyze logs, run due diligence, generate client deliverables, and ship code.
